DescriptionThe AGAP- Awareness Group on AIDS Prevention’s initiative plan is to provide social benefits by harnessing the power of technology. And although the primarily purpose of AGAP is that of preventing the spread of HIV, It will deliver these benefits using the new model of social entrepreneurship, which combines market forces with philanthropic capital. AGAP uses the concept of improving community and family incomes as a major interventions and research tool in improving the livelihood of the rural and urban poor in Kenya.
