Description	The Civil Labor Association, an institution created in 1981, assumes as its mission "to Promote concerted processes for the environmental administration and the local development, projecting successful experiences at local and national level in order to generate public politics for the environmental protection, the sustainable local development and the risks administration." It advises and designs development plans. It promotes and executes concerted projects linked to the environmental administration. It advises processes of resolution of the partner of environmental conflicts. It develops capacities and civic competitions. It formulates studies and proposals of politicians for the environmental administration. It generates and it transfers specialized information and, it energizes and creates alliances and nets between institutions. Their activities are carried out in association with authorities, officials and technicians of public entities, community leaders, managers and agrarian producers, professionals and other ONG's. It also has an efficient administrative support.
