EGA Photo Gallery for Environmental Organizations

The Environmental Grantmakers Association (EGA) is soliciting photographs from non-profit, environmental organizations to brighten up its website (www.ega.org).  We are looking for thought-provoking and eye-catching images related to your programs, which may include landscapes, youth, elders, wildlife, plant life, community, struggles or victories.

THE DEADLINE IS: May 1, 2007

The selected images will be posted on the EGA website along with your 20 word caption and photo credit.  EGA’s website is visited by over 240 foundation members who fund environmental issues and the newsletter is distributed to over 900 environmental funders semi-annually.

Guidelines:

• Please submit a maximum of one image per organization by May 1, 2007.
• Please include a relevant title to your photo.
• Keep your caption to 20 words or less. This should include a brief description of the photo and the location of where it was taken.
• Include contact information.
• Make sure you include a photo credit (who took the photo).
• Keep to a low dpi (50-100) for your initial submission.  We will ask for 300 dpi if your image is selected for the news publication.
• We will accept both color and black and white.
• Please DO NOT follow-up with inquiries; we will let you know if your photo has been selected.
