Registering for the 2005 EGA Fall Retreat

Retreat Registration Fees

Includes all activities listed on the agenda except where supplemental fees are noted. No additional EGA registration fee is required for partners or children. Non-member registration is limited. 

Retreat registration does not include hotel or meals. Please see the following page for hotel fees and book your hotel room and budget meal costs separately. 

If you are attending only one day of the retreat and/or not lodging at Mohonk Mountain House, you must also pay a Daily Commuter Rate of $50 plus any meals to cover the charge from Mohonk Mountain House for space, meals and breaks. Please request a commuter form from EGA or download it from the registration website.

PLEASE NOTE: Each retreat attendee will pay both an EGA registration fee and a Mohonk Mountain House fee, regardless of where you lodge or how many days you attend.

Check-in Sunday, September 25, through check-out Wednesday, September 28, 2005

All fees are subject to 15% gratuity (covers tipping) as well as applicable local and New York State taxes. Includes 3 meals per overnight stay and most recreational facilities—extra for spa and massage treatments, horseback rides, carriage rides and golf green fees.

A block of rooms is available for Friday and Saturday nights for registrants attending pre-retreat trips. Space is extremely limited so make your reservations early. 

• Single occupancy per night: $261.00
• Double occupancy per night per person: $207.00

Daily Commuter Rate: $50/day grounds fee plus any meals. Request a commuter form from EGA or download a copy from EGA’s registration website. Payment is made directly to Mohonk Mountain House.

If you decide not to stay at Mohonk Mountain House during the retreat, please select the commuter rate option on your EGA registration form, and we will send you a commuter form to fill out.
