Registering for the 2003 EGA Fall Retreat

NOTE: You will pay one 'registration' fee and one Château Laurier fee, regardless of where you lodge.

Registration Fees

Includes all activities listed on the agenda except where supplemental fees are noted. No additional EGA registration fee is required for partners or children. Non-member registration is limited.

This fee does not include hotel costs. Please see Château Laurier rates and book your hotel room and/or meal costs separately.

BEFORE AUGUST 15:
EGA and CEGN Members: US$450 or CAN$614
Non-Members: US$550 or CAN$750
Day Rate for EGA and CEGN Members: US$250 or CAN$341
Day Rate for Non-Members: US$300 or CAN$409

AFTER AUGUST 15:
EGA and CEGN Members: US$550 or CAN$750
Non-Members: US$650 or CAN$887
Day Rate for EGA and CEGN Members: US$300 or CAN$409
Day Rate for Non-Members: US$350 or CAN$477

These fees include a green energy surcharge of US$5 or CAN$6.82 which enables us to “walk the talk” as environmental funders.

Château Laurier Rates

For the nights of Sunday September 21, Monday September 22 and Tuesday September 23 (includes lodging, meals and taxes):

• Single occupancy per night: CAN$384.41 or US$279.77
• Double occupancy per night: CAN$517.51 or US$376.64 (CAN$258.75 per person or US$188.32 per person)

Daily Commuter Rates (For those who are not staying at the Château Laurier, this includes meals, taxes and service charge but no lodging): CAN$146.33 or US$106.50

Pre- and Post- Retreat Daily Rates (before September 21 and after September 23): CAN$222.50 or US$163.35. This rate includes lodging, but does not include meals or taxes.

These fees include an organic food surcharge of US$33 or CAN$45 which enables us to “walk the talk” as environmental funders.
